Chelsea deals involving Conor Gallagher joining Atletico Madrid and Joao Felix heading in the opposite direction to Stamford Bridge have been investigated in the aftermath of the summer transfer window slamming shut last month, La Liga president Javier Tebas has exclusively told GIVEMESPORT.
