Executive chef Greg Pawlowski is bringing the flavours of Texas to Fiji in celebration of Fiji Airways’ newest route connecting Dallas to Fiji. Pawlowski will lead the exclusive ‘Taste of Texas’ series presented by InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa and Grand Pacific Hotel for a limited time this month and will offer guests a unique culinary journey representing the tastes of his home state. “We’re honoured to collaborate with Fiji Airways and extend our thanks to Kimpton Harper Hotel for sharing Chef Greg Pawlowski with us to celebrate this exciting new connection between Dallas and Fiji,” IHG Hotels & Resorts Portfolio general manager Lachlan Walker said.
