Residents can meet their local officers over a brew this month as the latest 'Coffee with Cops' session takes place in the town centre. It will take place on Thursday, March 27, between noon and 2pm at The Coffee House on Newport Street. Shoppers are invited to come along, have a chat and a coffee and possibly receive some goodies.
PC Marshall previously told The Bolton News at a previous drop-in session: “These sessions offer members of the community the opportunity to get advice, information or have their say about policing at a local level. READ MORE: Bolton police ready to meet residents in and around town “It’s an opportunity that allows people to come and ask questions. These are face-to-face and there’s no pressure for people to stay for a certain period of time, these are drop-in sessions.
“We offer advice at a community level about the policing going on in Bolton. The response has been positive to the service, we want to keep people engaged and let them know we’re here.”.
