“ Ms Firth said although she loves the home, it’s time to move on. “We’ve been looking for a new home for over a year and a half,” she said. Although I love my home and garden – the only way we could afford a bigger house was to move to the country.

” Now, with plans to relocate to Seymour and hopes to travel extensively, Ms Firth is looking forward. The unique charm of the home was one of the reason’s why the Firth’s were drawn to the home when they first purchased it. “We walked into a house in Seymour and made an offer that day,” the vendor said.

“Now we’ve sold the home we’re ecstatic – one reason for selling is to travel to Europe for an extended time.” “I think Coburg has an amazing community – people are friendly and helpful; if you need something, someone will pop up to help.” Outside the new buyers will be treated to fruit trees in the lush garden planted by the current owners for “family enjoyment”.
