May 7, 1927—March 8, 2025 Charlotte Hammond, 97, of Portland, Oregon, passed away on March 8, 2025, International Women’s Day. She was a woman of unwavering strength, resilience, and determination. She was preceded in death by her sons Michael and Steve and her granddaughter Katherine.
She is survived by her sons Daryl and Rory; her grandchildren Ray, Melissa, Sue Ann, Kimberly, and Cassandra. A small graveside service will be held in her honor at 1:00 p.m.
