Charles Leclerc went on a sweary rant to his race engineer after qualifying at the Las Vegas Grand Prix . The Monegasque driver was in the fight for pole position but had to settle for fourth on the grid. The Ferrari star came close to winning the inaugural running of this event in 2023 and Ferrari are extremely confident about their long-run pace for Sunday's race.
However, Leclerc will need to pass his team-mate, Alpine's Pierre Gasly and polesitter George Russell if he is to claim a fourth Grand Prix victory of the season. After punching in his final lap, a furious Leclerc ranted on the radio: "S***, s***, s***. For f***'s sake.
