Centre not willing to grant separate flag, constitution to Nagaland: SC Jamir

Former Nagaland chief minister S C Jamir on Friday said that Center was not willing to grant separate flag and constitution to NSCN (I-M) a demand that has led to a stalemate in the ongoing Naga talks even after signing off a framework agreement in 2015.
