THIS CBBC star looks unrecognisable over a decade on from starring in hit children’s TV show. Benny, is the quirky funny best friend who helps Tom on his many missions using his skills in technology. The show ran from 2012-2014 and has many connections to Doctor Who with Percelle going on to appear in Doctor Who-related works following his time on the kids series. The show was originally created to fill in the 5 pm schedule slot previously held by sister show, The Sarah Jane Adventures after its main actress, Elisabeth Sladen died.
