CATSKILL — Kira Goldfarb’s store is a tiny space on the southeastern corner of where William Street drops at a steep grade and intersects with Main Street. The shop, three steps down from the sidewalk, has just 250 square feet of selling space. “Because it’s so small, it’s easy for me to run it by myself,” the owner of Cat on the Corner said as she stood behind the sales counter at 362 Main St.
