Carrie Underwood is reliving her American Idol days. In honor of season 25’s Hollywood Week, the “Cowboy Casanova” singer, 43, reflected on her nostalgic run on the series by sharing some “never before seen” photos on Instagram. In the April 7 post , Carrie—who was 21-years-old when she won American Idol ’s fourth season in 2005—was all smiles during her visit to California for Hollywood Week.
In the first photo, she sported a baby pink top, jeans, and an iconic accessory: her Idol audition sticker. And when not warming up her vocals for the judges, the singer also showed her creating a concrete handprint and posing with her fellow contestants at the time. Now, the “Before He Cheats” singer—who shares sons Isaiah Michael , 10, and Jacob Bryan , 6, with husband Mike Fisher —is on the other side of the audition table.
She replaced Katy Perry as a judge for season 25 in March, joining returning judges Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan .
