The Portland Trail Blazers selected Pittsburgh guard Carlton Carrington with the No. 14 pick in the 2024 NBA draft, but he will be sent to the Washington Wizards in a trade the two teams pulled off earlier in the day. Per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski , the Wizards will receive the 14th pick and Malcolm Brogdon from the Blazers for Deni Avdija.
