Two care home operators with several homes across North Wales have been rated among the top 20 in the UK. New Care and Lovett Care were both included in the Top 20 UK Care Home Groups report, compiled by leading review website carehome.co.

The report is based on reviews from residents and their families, considering factors such as overall experience, facilities, care and support, cleanliness, dignity, food and drink, staff, activities, management, safety and security, bedrooms and communal spaces, and value for money. Lovett Care acquired New Care almost six months ago, but the two care home operators received the prestigious Top 20 rating individually.
