Rapper Cardi B may have previously said she would not vote in the upcoming election — but it seems she's changed her tune following her endorsement of Kamala Harris. She addressed the face off between Harris and Donald Trump in her speech for the Democratic candidate at a Milwaukee rally just days before the election. The New York native vehemently vowed to skip out on casting her vote, but still expressed excitement after Joe Biden dropped out of the Presidential race and endorsed his Vice President as the new nominee.
