Candles, Carols and Carriages event planned

The very popular Floral City Heritage Council’s Candles and Carols will begin at 5 p.m. this Friday, Dec.

6, in Floral City’s downtown area. Luminarias will line Orange Avenue and visitors are invited to stroll the avenue, while enjoying the carolers found up and down the street. Horse and wagon rides are at scheduled intervals starting at 5:30 p.
