At a ceremony on Oct. 16, the Canadian Disability Hall of Fame welcomed three new inductees: Penny Bennett, Tim Rose and Francis Roussel. The event, presented by CIBC, included a tribute by Ben Mulroney to his late father, Brian Mulroney, who was inducted in 2018 for helping to improve the lives of people with disabilities.
