The start of the 2024 NFL season hasn’t gone remotely close to how Dallas Cowboys fans, players, coaches, and, of course, ownership, have hoped. With the team's Week 9 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, they're now 3-5 on the year and have dropped three consecutive games. To add insult to injury, Cowboys quarterback and the NFL's highest-paid player, Dak Prescott, is expected to miss multiple weeks with a hamstring injury.
After an offseason in which Jerry Jones and company opted to mostly stand pat while not making any big moves, the outlook is bleak for the second half of the year. This leads to a simple question for the Cowboys: Where do they go from here? If the fanbase has its way, the answer might be a high draft pick that ideally brings Colorado Buffaloes two-way star Travis Hunter to town. Mark J.

He plays on both sides of the ball for Deion Sanders' squad, making him one of college football's most unique talents. Through eight games this season, Hunter has tallied 60 catches for 757 yards and eight touchdowns as a wide receiver and 20 combined tackles, seven passes defensed, two interceptions and one forced fumble.
