The NBA is looking to rework the All-Star Game for this season. Per ESPN's Shams Charania , the NBA is in serious discussions on a new four-team tournament format for this season's All-Star Game. Three of the All-Star teams will consist of eight players each while the fourth team will be the winner of the Rising Stars game.
League officials discussed the proposition on Friday. There would be two games between the four teams and the winners would meet in the championship round of the tournament. In addition to this, Charania reports that Caitlin Clark could be involved in the NBA's All-Star weekend.
"(Steph) Curry and WNBA star Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty participated in the first-ever NBA versus WNBA three-point challenge at All-Star Saturday night this past February in Indianapolis.
