Busy North Attleboro election shaping up

NORTH ATTLEBORO -- The town's election season has kicked off, with numerous residents taking out candidacy papers for the April 1 annual town election. This year, all nine seats on the town council are expiring along with two school committee seats. The council seats are all for two years, the school board, three years.
