Login As pressure mounts on organisations to improve productivity and scale their operations, businesses across Australia and New Zealand are turning to a new generation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to lighten the load. Autonomous AI agents - systems that can reason, respond, and act independently - are being rapidly deployed to manage routine tasks, support stretched teams, and improve customer experiences in real time.

A recent Salesforce-commissioned YouGov survey of more than 480 C-suite executives across Australia and New Zealand found AI had become one of their top three business priorities. It’s expected the technology will help businesses tackle some of the top challenges they’re facing.
