FARGO — Cul De Sac, a boutique offering new, second-hand and vintage clothing items, recently opened at 23 8th St. S., in downtown Fargo.

The space was formerly home to Kittsona, which has permanently closed, as has the Kittsona store in Grand Forks. Cul De Sac states it is committed to sustainability and to offering high-quality and mostly made in the U.S.

Clothing items are a mix of men's, women's and unisex. The store opens at 10 a.m.

every day and closes at 7 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.

, based in Tisdale, Saskatchewan. This will be the 10th location for the company founded by longtime farmer and auctioneer Bob Steffes in 1960. Bruce Schapansky and his staff will continue their operations in Tisdale while undergoing a rebrand to become Steffes.

, Fargo. The luncheon will feature $10 dine-in or take-out options for a baked potato with toppings, dessert and beverage choices. Raffle tickets will also be available at the event.

This year's proceeds will benefit Farm in the Dell of the Red River Valley, a nonprofit that employs people with disabilities to work at its Moorhead farm, growing crops for sale through its CSA program. Their mission is to "transform disabilities into abilities through purposeful work." The funds will be used to expand their programming, creating even more meaningful learning experiences for their Garden Engineers and the local community.
