Bryson Bahl flips commitment from South Dakota State to Drake men's basketball

Drake men's basketball expanded its roster by two on Wednesday, adding a commitment from 2025 small forward Bryson Bahl.

Drake men’s basketball added a second player to Eric Henderson’s roster, with Bryson Bahl announcing his commitment to the Bulldogs on Wednesday.The 6-foot-5 small forward in the 2025 recruiting class originally signed with South Dakota State in November, but he opted to follow Henderson to Des Moines.Bahl - a Nebraska native - led Papillion La Vista South high school basketball to a Class A state championship in his senior season.

He averaged 21.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game, and he tallied 32 blocks in his final year of high school basketball.
