The Ivy Collection in Brighton is set to celebrate Mother's Day with a special menu. The two or three-course set menu, available from March 28, is designed to honour mums and mother figures. It includes a Raspberry Bloom Parfait dessert, created exclusively for the occasion by The Ivy's executive chefs.

The set menu, available from March 28 to March 30, features seasonal produce and bold flavours. Diners choosing the Mother's Day set menu will also receive a bunch of tulips.
The starters include French Onion Soup, Classic Crispy Duck Salad, and the new Crab and Avocado Tian. Main courses are inspired by global cuisines and include Chargrilled Halloumi with Harissa Grains, Fillet of Sea Bass with Smoked Aubergine, and Korean Glazed Chicken. Dessert options include The Ivy Chocolate Bombe, Crème Brûlée, and the specially created Raspberry Bloom Parfait.
The menu is complemented by two floral, rose cocktails: the Strawberry and Rose Royale and the non-alcoholic Wild Rose. "From our limited edition Raspberry Bloom Parfait which brings together fruity and floral flavours, through to the seasonal produce in the starters and mains, right down to the complimentary bunch of tulips given to guests with every Mother’s Day meal.
"Spring has sprung and we’re excited to celebrate with our guests and the ones they hold dear this Mother’s Day." The Mother’s Day set menu is priced at £28.95 for two courses and £34.
