Brianna LaPaglia is setting the record straight about some rumors about her and Zach Bryan 's breakup . For starters, she denies that her Barstool Sports cohost Dave Portnoy paid her 10 million for a "tell-all" about her ex, who she had recently accused of past emotional abuse on their BFFs podcast. "Dave didn't give me any money," the 25-year-old said in a Nov.
9 TikTok video, more than two weeks after Bryan announced the split . "A tell-all? You think that was a tell-all? I took the high road. What I did was set a scene, paint a picture, and if you can't see that very clear picture, I don't have time to hold your hand and walk you to LensCrafters, okay? Sorry.
" Brianna, who has said she was "blindsided" by the country singer's breakup announcement on social media, continued, "I am losing money right now. I am paying for storage, I am paying for movers, I am paying for f--king flights back and forth to New York to go and try and find an apartment." The podcaster—also known as Brianna Chickenfry —also clarified she is keeping a tattoo that bears a lyric from Bryan's song "28.
" "I see a lot of people being like, well now I have to get my 'How lucky are we?' tattoo removed," she said in another TikTok shared Nov. 9. "That was my thing.
That is my tattoo. Now we're matching. This is mine.

LaPaglia had debuted the tattoo in August 2023, just weeks after she and the singer began their romance and after he released his album The Great American Bar Scene , which contains the "28" track. "I got this matching with a bunch of my friends in Vegas," she said on TikTok at the time, "and we were very drunk.
" Bryan has spoken about the inspirations behind his song "28." "Me and all the guys, one time, we were bowling in New York City and I looked at all my best friends in the entire world and I realized how lucky I was to be in that exact moment," the 28-year-old said onstage at his concert in Oakland, Calif. in May, "and I wrote the song about being content.
" Then in July, Bryan shared another anecdote related to the "28" songwriting process. "Boston, our puppy was going into surgery, and I told Brianna, 'How lucky are we?' to have had a puppy so beautiful, and she came out of it just fine," he wrote on X at the time. "I wrote it the next day because I felt like the luckiest man on the planet.
" LaPaglia has previously said Bryan also got a tattoo related to her, without describing it. Speaking to Portnoy and cohost Josh Richards on the Nov. 7 episode of BFFs , she said the singer got inked days after they first began getting to know each other, while on a road trip from Philadelphia to Oklahoma.
“After that weekend, we spent three days together, I think two or three days later, he got me tattooed on his arm,” she said. "I'm just a girl and I was like, 'I love this dude. This is fun.

After four relatively smooth months, she said, he broke her down so that she felt "like he was all I had left, and he just kept repeatedly beating me down and beating me down." Brianna also alleged during the episode that Zach's team offered her $12 million to sign an NDA and stay silent about their relationship. While she didn't want money that reminded her of her ex, Brianna said she didn't decline just to be free to air their secrets either.
