Brandi Glanville revealed that she contemplated suicide during one of the hardest periods of her life. During the April 10 episode of Tori Spelling 's MisSPELLING podcast, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 52, admitted that she's been in a dark place since Caroline Manzo 's sexual assault allegations went public. While opening up about her facial disfigurement , Glanville told Spelling of the challenges she's faced while also fielding a lawsuit regarding her alleged misconduct while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip with Manzo in January 2023.

All my jobs are canceled because of the Caroline work," she said, explaining to Spelling. "The narrative when we got back from Morocco was I was fired for being inappropriate with Caroline Manzo.

"And then I lost my looks at the same time," she continued, referencing her facial parasite crisis. "I literally, at 51, started OnlyFans, because I didn't have income for six months and I was like going through my savings." "I was making good money and then my face started being crazy," she said, adding that her clients began requesting photos of herself without the mask she used to hide her face.

One year later, Manzo filed a formal lawsuit against Bravo and it's subsidiaries for the sexual harrassment she allegedly experienced on set. In a signed affidavit obtained by PEOPLE in May 2024, Manzo detailed her claims of sexual assault, and alleging that Glanville "rubbed her vagina on me" while sitting on a couch. She also claimed that producers didn't separate the two, and Glanville later followed her into the bathroom, where she locked the door and began, "forcibly kissing me, rubbing her vagina on me and then [fondling] my vagina against my will.
