ROCHESTER — Jackson Smith finished with a team-best 20 kills and also had nine digs as Mayo/Century/John Marshall won a five-set thriller 25-23, 20-25, 16-25, 25-16, 15-7 at Mayo High School. Rochester dropped two of the first three sets, before storming back to improve to 3-1 on the season. Jackson had a great offensive night with 20 kills and three aces. In set three, we had too many errors but bounced back with confidence in set four. They finished with energy.
