Boy Meets World stars Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle, and Rider Strong all agree on which is "arguably the worst episode" of the show. During a recent episode of their rewatch podcast, Pod Meets World , the BMW alum slammed Season 6’s eighth episode titled “You’re Married, You’re Dead” for specific reasons. In that episode, the main character Cory (Ben Savage) visits a Hooters -inspired restaurant called Cleaváge to prove that although he was engaged to Topanga (Danielle), he could still hang with the guys.

Rider was very upfront about what he took issue with in the episode, which was mostly everything. "This episode felt very weird to me in that it felt like somebody had written a draft of an episode that was very clearly like Topanga is upset that Corey goes to essentially a strip club or Hooters,” he explained. “And then they kind of backed off of that by, like, having Topanga be very understanding," he continued with Danielle murmuring in agreement.

"And in the rewrite, it's almost like everything the characters are saying is going against the actual plot, and so it felt kind of forced in a way, and then some of the jokes felt rushed,” Rider added. “I don't know. Something felt off.

It felt like this was a bad tape night for some reason." Rider also disliked that many of the show’s stars weren’t actually in the episode; however, he noted that parts of it were still "pretty funny." Although he complimented his co-star Ben’s acting, admitting he made him laugh, he noted that in the episode’s entirety, "it just didn't land in certain parts for me.

” Will’s dislike for the show was even greater than Rider’s, as he officially labeled it “arguably the worst episode” for himself. "This ranks up there with arguably the worst episode for me of the series for every reason," he expressed before he began naming several plot points in the episode that didn’t make sense, such as Cory wearing an engagement ring. "The entire episode I thought was idiotic," Will shared, explaining, "I know TV.

This was not it. This was a bad episode of television all the way around. That's what I think about this episode.

" Cory and Danielle were on the same page with Will. Danielle also aired out her grievances with her character, Topanga, in the episode. “You want to know what makes me the most angry?" Danielle asked Rider and Will before informing them she agreed with all their respective perspectives.

"I can't stand it," she shared. "And I am furious that they put the words, 'Well, as long as there's women willing to dance like that, there will be men to see them' in Topanga's mouth. How dare you? How dare you?" Boy Meets World ran for seven seasons from 1993 to 2000.
