Bournemouth Pavilion celebrates success of last year's pantomime

Nearly 3,000 people and 500 essential companions attended at a discounted rate, thanks to BH Live's concessionary scheme.

The show, produced by UK Productions, featured a mix of comedy, drama and festive magic. 's Calum Lill played the villainous Fleshcreep, while David Ribi from Channel 5's starred as Jack. Noel Brodie, a Bournemouth favourite, celebrated his tenth year as Silly Simon.

Oliver Brooks, known for his roles in Heathers and Matilda, made his debut as Dame Trott. The cast also included Rachel Grundy as Princess Jill, Ceris Hine as the Vegetable Fairy and Chris Fearn as the King. The show was praised by audiences, with one saying: "It was a whirlwind of laughs, music and pure festive fun!" The pantomime was accessible to all, with relaxed, captioned and school-specific performances.
