Michael Hartley pleaded guilty to maliciously damaging a window at a property in Darnick on January 12 for which he was sentenced to 100 days. He received another 50 days in prison for smashing windows of a property in Essenside Drive, Tweedbank, on August 25, and wilfully or recklessly damaging a motor vehicle parked there. Hartley, of Jura Drive, Tweedbank, had another 100 days added for breaching a Drug Treatment and Testing Order he was undergoing.
He is also remanded in custody in connection with another matter under solemn procedure..
