Boots in the Park brings country music back to San Diego

Country music will take over Waterfront Park for the return of the Boots in the Park music festival this weekend.

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- San Diegans, put on your cowboy boots! Country music will take over Waterfront Park for the return of the Boots in the Park music festival this weekend.On Saturday, country stars like Old Dominion, Chris Young and Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line will take the stage for the festival's 8th year in San Diego.Lineup released for the 2025 San Diego County FairOther artists included in the lineup are Parmalee, Tayler Holder and Presley Tennant.

Past performers included Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and more.(Watch Presley Tennant's interview on Good Morning San Diego below)General admission tickets start at $129 and the cost for a Pit Pass+ starts at $229. VIP tickets, which include access to the Toyota Terrace VIP section and all areas included under general admission, start at $330.



Tickets can be purchased here.Aside from singing along to country tunes, guests can participate in line dancing, enjoy ice-cold beer and cocktails, and taste food from local vendors. The event is restricted to people ages 21 and over.

The Waterfront Park is located at 1600 Pacific Hwy. Doors to the event open at 1 p.m.
