Booking.com aims to persuade US court this week for retrial in Ryanair case

A US court will this week hear arguments from online travel giant Booking.com as it pushes for the retrial of a case it lost during the summer that was taken against it by Ryanair. Ryanair will also make an argument on Friday for a permanent injunction to prevent Booking.
