Firstly, the audience couldn’t relate to Razia Sultan as the film was entirely made in Urdu, which baffled the audience. After a while Hindi cinema got back on track, however, Kamal Amrohi couldn’t recover from his losses. After Razia Sultan, Amrohi decided to do another film Majnoon’ with Rajesh Khanna, but it never happened due to financial restrictions.
