The Boerne High girls stayed scorching hot on the basketball court and won its fourth straight district game Tuesday at Alamo Heights. Donnell could hardly miss on Tuesday and was 11 for 13 in the game after going 5 for 6 from the 3-point area and 6 for 7 from 2-point range.

She was 1 for 1 at the freethrow line as well. Meredith Mcleod hit a 3 and finished with 11 points, Addison Saur drained a pair of 3s and tallied 9 points, Hartlee Menn knocked in two 3s for 6 points, while Savannah Salinas nailed a 3 and finished with 5 points. JT Hernandez, Melia Gonzalez and Jenna Ruede all chipped in with 2 points.

Saur grabbed 5 rebounds and Ruede dished out 8 assists and came up with 5 steals, while Donnell registered 4 steals for the Boerne team that had 19 steals in the game..
