filo Blackstone Mortgage Trust ( NYSE: BXMT ) continued to suffer from credit quality issues in the third quarter and did not fully earn its dividend with distributable earnings. The mortgage real estate investment trust suffered ongoing loan losses which caused BXMT’s Analyst’s Disclosure: I/we have a beneficial long position in the shares of BXMT either through stock ownership, options, or other derivatives.
