BLACK Mirror has been branded ‘next level diabolical’ as fans have claimed they feel ‘gaslit.’ Netflix has seemingly showed viewers two different versions of the same episode. Six episodes make up the latest release for the Charlie Brooker helmed series. However, some fans have been left dumbfounded by the second instalment of the latest series. The name of a restaurant in the Bête Noire episode is apparently different for them than for other fans who watch the show.

She does some online research and discovers that those around her are correct, which leads her to question what is happening. On X - formerly known as Twitter - one user shared multiple screenshots of the episode that were taken at exactly the same point.

They wrote: "So my friend and I were watching the new Black Mirror episode Bête Noire, and we noticed that there was a stark difference between our episodes..
. even the viewers are getting gaslit at 16:40!" Advertisement Some users praised the showrunners as they flooded the comments section of the post after it went viral, however others were also left confused. "The showrunners probably did that to mess with people lol," stated one fan.
