And while it appeared to be relatively unprovoked at first, it now seems that it was a result of a cheeky move from boxing’s most notorious troll.

And he has since claimed that it was a “pinch me moment” to be slapped by ‘Iron Mike’. It represents quite a vast difference to what he told Ariel Helwani on stage in the immediate aftermath, when he insisted that he must get revenge in the ring.
