ADINA The Binibining Pilipinas 2025 pageant will be another battle of familiar faces, with seasoned contenders making it to the official roster of 2025 candidates. Thirty-six ladies were presented at the end of the final screening held at the New Frontier Theater at the Araneta City in Quezon City on Wednesday afternoon, April 2. Among those who made the final cut was 2023 runner-up Katrina Anne Johnson and 2022 semifinalist Anna Carres De Mesa.
One of the most accomplished ladies in the lineup is 2022 Miss Universe Philippines first runner-up Annabelle McDonnell, who finished second in the inaugural edition of Miss Charm in 2023. Also crossing over to Binibining Pilipinas is 2024 Miss Grand Philippines semifinalist Jenesse Viktoria Mejia, reigning Limgas na Pangasinan. Former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate and reigning Miss FIT (Face, Intelligence, Tone) Philippines Kathleen Espenido also made the cut.
Another lucky lady with a Kapamilya connection is actress Dalia Verde (real name: Dalia Khattab) who appeared with Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano in “He’s Into Her.” Continuing her family’s legacy in Binibining Pilipinas is Jemille Rustia Zosa, granddaughter of 1968 runner-up Benigna Rustia. Pilipinas Universe Vida Doria.
Reigning Bb. Pilipinas International Myrna Esguerra, The Miss Globe 2024 second runner-up Jasmin Bungay, and Bb. Pilipinas runners-up Christal Dela Cruz and Trisha Martinez also joined the committee.
