The Buffalo Bills sent a major message to not only the rest of the NFL, but their rivals as well going into the later portion of the 2024 season. But their 30-21 win over the Kansas City Chiefs was more than just ending an undefeated season. It was a sign that they were prepared to do more than just be a playoff contender, but a Super Bowl team. ESPN's Dan Orlovsky agrees as much with that statement win.
"They can win the Super Bowl, you know. God bless if Matt Milano comes back, watch out. You've watched them, kind of their younger players continue to ascend," Orlovsky said.
"What's it going to take? Can this offense continue to play to the identity and the philosophy that they have through the first 11 weeks? "Can they be that offense that it's very clear that each guy has a certain role, and they want to just allow that player to thrive in that role? If you can go and prove that you can go blow for blow against (Detroit) in all facets. You're as good as anybody in the NFL." Whether it's their improving defense or an offense that has moved on from the Stefon Diggs era, Buffalo is playing the best football the team has seen in recent years.
