Buffalo is a 40-minute flight from Toronto. This is exactly why more than a few fans expected Taylor Swift to be in Bills Stadium on Sunday to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Buffalo Bills in their Week 11 showdown. Swift, however, was nowhere to be found once the game started.
The 34-year-old, who is coming off three straight "Eras Tour" shows from Thursday to Saturday, opted to skip the game, which ultimately saw the Chiefs suffer their first loss of the season after falling to the Bills, 30-21. For some fans, however, Swift's absence from Sunday's game did not come as a complete shock. This is after TV personality Adam Lefkoe recently revealed on the "Up & Adams" show that Swift did not exactly have the best time the last time she was in Bills Stadium.
"So, I have heard from people very close [to the Kelces] that it was not a great experience in Buffalo," Lefkoe said of last season's AFC divisional playoff game when the Chiefs beat the Bills, 27-24. "For all parties involved. And I'm talking about the most famous of all the parties.
I think that it kind of shocked the Kelce family and everyone related to the Kelce family the reception they got." Jay Biggerstaff-Imagn "I think they were kind of going in just thinking this is going to be an amazing game with good energy. And they got there and they experienced Bills Mafia in full form and its complete ruthlessness and I think they left and said 'I don't know if I want to experience that again.
'" Adam Lefkoe says the Kelce-Swift family were SHOCKED by the reception they got from #BillsMafia during last season's Divisional RD game. 😳 "It was not a great experience in Buffalo, for ALL parties involved." 😬 🫣 @heykayadams @AdamLefkoe | #ChiefsKingdom pic.
twitter.com/xaie79frCB Apparently, Swift and the rest of her group, which included Kelce's family, did not have the warmest of receptions from Bills fans. Buffalo has some of the most passionate supporters in the NFL and it appears that they made their true feelings on Swift and Co.
abundantly clear. Bills fans caught wind of this report from Lefkoe, and they had more things to say about the issue at hand. "We don't need her type of attention seeking here.
We focus on the game, not what swiftless is doing," a reaction read. We don't need her type of attention seeking here. We focus on the game, not what swiftless is doing "What is this pee wee? We don’t like you or the Chiefs, get over it," said another.
What is this pee wee? We don’t like you or the Chiefs, get over it "Jason [Kelce] is invited, Taylor can stay away. He had fun. It's all about football not star adulation," a Buffalo fan stated.

Awww their feelings were hurt...
"Good, why expect a warm welcome during a rivalry playoff game? They expect to be constantly bowed down too? Not gonna happen," read another. Good, why expect a warm welcome during a rivalry playoff game? They expect to be constantly bowed down too? Not gonna happen Needless to say, Bills fans weren't pleased after hearing this report. They weren't shy about making their feelings known about it either.
What you can say for sure is that the Buffalo faithful are celebrating right now after handing the two-time defending champs their first loss of the season. The Chiefs have had the Bills' number of late, and it must feel good for Buffalo supporters to get a win against their heated rivals.
