Big win on postcode lottery for this Bolton street

Residents of a Bolton street have started their week the right way, with a big win on a postcode lottery. The BL4 8QJ postcode in Kearsley won on the People's Postcode Lottery on Friday. The area covers a part of Manchester Road , near to Bent Spur Road in the town.

Each ticket in that area entitles its holder to £1,000. The People's Postcode Lottery manages lotteries for 20 charities, with each one having one draw a month.



The lottery supports "a wide range of charities and good causes across Britain and around the world". To date, they’ve provided more than £1.1 Billion in funding which is helping thousands of organisations and projects.
