Bengaluru: A 19-year-old second-year BBA student took her own life on Saturday morning in her home located in the Chamarajpet area, as per a report by TOI. The tragedy reportedly stemmed from a minor dispute over a bedsheet with her elder sister the previous night. The girl, named Shravya, a second-year BBA student at a private college in Channasandra, was found hanging in her bedroom after her mother, concerned by the lack of response, knocked on her door around 6 a.

m. When there was no answer, her family broke down the door, only to discover the devastating scene. The police confirmed that no suicide note was found in the house.



Friends and gymmates of Shravya mentioned that she had been feeling distressed due to her parents' frequent conflicts, which seemed to affect her emotional well-being. In relative news, two brothers allegedly took their own lives by jumping in front of a moving train on Friday night in Mathura. The deceased, identified as 38-year-old Mahesh Agarwal, also known as Titu, and his 32-year-old brother Saurabh Agarwal, were local suppliers of packaged snacks and residents of Govind Dham Colony, as per a DH report.

According to police, the incident occurred around 10 pm near the Delhi-Mathura Bilauthi Cut railway gate. The Station House Officer (SHO) of Chhata police station, Sanjay Kumar Tyagi, reported that the brothers' bike was found parked near the track, a short distance from the accident site. Investigators were able to identify the brothers through the bike's registration number.
