Ben Affleck is reportedly taking a break from the dating scene, with sources claiming he has "no interest" in seeking new romance at this time. The 52 year old actor, who is still finalizing his divorce from Jennifer Lopez after she filed for separation four months ago, is said to be concentrating on his career rather than love life. An insider shared with Page Six : "Ben has no interest in jumping into another relationship at the moment.
" They continued, explaining that even if his divorce were finalized, Ben isn't looking to date : "Ben’s divorce from Jennifer hasn’t even been finalized, but even if it were, dating is just not where his head is at." Additionally, the insider noted that Garner harbors "no problem" with Lopez and her primary concern is Ben's happiness.
The Argo director recently celebrated Thanksgiving with Garner and their three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. Sources say that Ben cherished the opportunity to spend the holiday with his family, feeling comfortable and able to "just be himself" in their presence. The duo did more than just savor family moments during Thanksgiving; they joined forces with the Midnight Mission initiative to serve meals to 2,000 individuals facing homelessness in downtown Los Angeles.
A source shared: "Even though Ben and Jen have been split for a while now, he feels a certain level of comfort with her." They added, "Ben has a strong relationship with Jen that will never dissipate because they have a lot of history together and she’s the mother of his kids.".
