The proposal, from Beaminster Town Council, involves the demolition and replacement of a dilapidated flat-roofed storage building. The building will be provided by a pre-fitted out shipping container with flat access from the adjoining car park. A previous application for the site had been given consent in 2023 with the newer, revised plan, proposing a smaller building without the storage space envisaged in the original application.
