Regularly updated election results for four Richmond ridings will be posted below as the polls close for the 43rd B.C.General Election.
The final official results will also be shared by Elections BC. Eighteen candidates are running for the city's four ridings in this year's provincial election. Currently, Conservatives are leading in Richmond-Bridgeport, Richmond Centre and Richmond-Queensborough ridings.
Meanwhile, in Richmond-Steveston, BC NDP incumbent Kelly Greene and Conservative candidate Michelle Mollineaux are neck-to-neck with Greene leading by around 160 votes A total of 54 voting places were set up for the 2024 B.C. General Elections in Richmond, which included 44 general voting and 10 advanced voting day sites.
Richmond saw an estimated 24 per cent voter turnout of around 14,000 more than in the 2020 election. This number is slightly below the 28 per cent overall of B.C.
voters who went to the advanced polls for this year's election. A final declaration has yet to be made by the Chief Election Officer.
