Strictly Come Dancing stars Wynne Evans and Katya Jones have shared the sweet support they have been receiving amid the rumbling backlash to their 'inside joke'. The pair are hoping to move on when they return to the ballroom this weekend from the drama, which began during last Saturday night's (October 12) live show. Wynne and Katya were left apologising in a video on social media after the latest live show after a viral clip from the latest edition of the BBC One dance contest showed the moment Katya removed Wynne's hand from her waist before it was widely shared amongst viewers.

Professional dancer Katya soon dismissed the suggestions she was made to feel "uncomfortable or offended" as "complete nonsense" after it was reported the pair were checked on by a welfare team, with it reported that no further action had been planned. Wynne later appeared on his radio show with BBC Wales as usual on Monday morning (October 14) where he spoke to Dot Davies and James Williams, hosts of Radio Wales Breakfast, and admitted he was "heartbroken" by the comments being made about him and insisted he and Katya were "really good friends".
Now, Wynne and Katya has shared a glimpse at the support they have been getting from those who work in the building where they train. They revealed they'd been given a homemade lemon drizzle cake and showed how banners had been put up which read: "Wynne and Katay to Win".
