Comedian Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell were feeling the pain of their latest Strictly Come Dancing training session as they offered an update, The pair are currently preparing to return to the famous ballroom this weekend after making it through to week four of the BBC One dance contest following their impressive Movie Week performance. Chris, who is Strictly's first blind contestant, and pro dancer Dianne scored their highest mark to date after they performed their Wayne’s World-inspired jive during Strictly's annual Movie Week special on Saturday night (October 5). Then, during Sunday night's (October 6) results show, Chris, who is Strictly's first blind contestant, and Dianne were confirmed to have made it through to the next week of Strictly 2024 where it was revealed they'll be performing a Salsa to Men At Work's 'Down Under'. And it appears the routine is pushing both Chris and Dianne to their limits. After a brief period of silence, the pair returned with their latest video update on Tuesday (October 7).

Opening the video, Dianne admitted: "Chris, I'd love to say we both look great but we both look like absolute s**t," to which Chris replied: "I could guess that without seeing us!" Dianne added: "I've even tried to make us look better by putting some fancy lights on us," to which Chris said: "Put some lights on us to bring to life the redness and sweat." Fans said they could tell the pair had been working heard on their latest routine (Image: Dianne Buswell Instagram) They then continued to chat as they shared their thanks to those who voted them through to another week of Strictly's 20th-anniversary series. But first, Chris joked: "It's been a while.

People are going to think 'what's happened to them?' 'Have they fallen out?' 'Has Chris had enough of Dianne?' 'Has Dianne had enough of Chris?' We like each other honest." He then asked: "Don't we Di?" to which she replied: "Yes Chris! We are best friends!" She then explained: "I feel like we've gone from a really fast dance to an even faster dance," to which Chris admitted he thought he'd get some let-up this week, only to find it hasn't been the case and admitted it's "insane". They went on to say they were "happy" with their latest jive, with Dianne saying Chris "excelled all expectations", adding: "What he's doing is absolutely blowing my mind.

" As they ended the clip, they thanked fans for their support before Dianne struggled to move to stop the recording and said: "Oh it hurts to turn the camera off," which made Chris laugh. Fans were quick to respond to the latest update. @fabiak19 said: "Loving the realness of these.
