Matt Tebbutt issued a demand to Saturday Kitchen viewers as he made an announcement about the programme. The BBC show is undergoing a schedule shake-up next week and will air 15 minutes earlier than usual, hitting screens at 09:45am instead of 10:00am. The special episode is celebrating 40 years of BBC soap EastEnders , with four of its core stars joining Matt, 51, to mark the anniversary.

At the end of Saturday's programme, Matt said: "I'll be back here live next Saturday a little earlier than usual at 9:45, so set your alarms because we've got an EastEnders special to celebrate 40 years of the iconic BBC soap." Appearing on the programme will be Ian Beale star Adam Woodyatt and Denise Fox actress Diane Parish. Jacqueline Jossa, who stars as Lauren Branning, will also be in the studio alongside Honey Mitchell star Emma Barton.
