Base repairs begin next week on Route 30 in York County: PennDOT

Work will be undertaken from Hallam exit to Wrights Ferry Bridge.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that a PennDOT maintenance crew in York County will begin base repairs next week on Route 30 in Hellam Township. The work limits extend from the Hallam exit to the Wrights Ferry Bridge. Weather permitting, work will be performed from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM beginning Monday, Sept.

23, a press release said. Crews will work in the eastbound direction next week, and in the westbound direction the following week starting Monday, Sept. 30.



There will be alternating left and right lane restrictions during work hours. Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone. Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.
