Photo by Guillermo Martinez The left-back has a hamstring problem Barcelona have offered an update on Alejandro Balde after the left-back was forced off in the first half of Saturday’s 1-0 win over Leganes in La Liga.The defender was replaced by Gerard Martin as Barcelona went on to pick up all three points and move seven points clear at the top of the table.Balde has now undergone tests after returning to Barcelona and it’s been confirmed he has a hamstring injury.
A statement read: “Tests carried out on Sunday morning on the first team player Alejandro Balde confirm that he has a distal injury to his left hamstring.
