Ban on drones in dist for PM’s 2-day visit

Pune: Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Pune on Sept 26-27, collector Suhas Diwase has issued prohibitory orders on flying of drones, paragliding, hot air balloon safaris, microlight aircraft and others from Sept 25 midnight to Sept 27 midnight. These orders are applicable for Pune city, PCMC, and Pune rural areas. Legal action will be taken against those violating these restrictions under BNS Section 223 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant).
