Cylonphoto/iStock via Getty Images Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises' ( NYSE: BW ) 30% year-to-date rally has mostly played out over the last few weeks. The 50 basis points cut to the Fed funds rate in September and expectations that there will be at least Analyst’s Disclosure: I/we have no stock, option or similar derivative position in any of the companies mentioned, and no plans to initiate any such positions within the next 72 hours.
